Koluu Lamb & Mutton Pol Kiri Baduma 100g

Method

1. Add ¼ of the Mutton Polkiri Badun Mix to a kilo of diced Mutton with ¼ cup of water and cook till water evaporates.
2. Add 45 ml of oil and continue to cook till the meat gets fried, add the rest of the mix with ½ cup coconut milk, and simmer till dry.
